Spice Island Chicken, Mango-Pineapple Chutney, Sweet Potato Pilaf (for 1)


Jay’s Spice Island Chicken is steeped in a fragrant mash of gluten-free soy sauce, wine vinegar, canola oil, green onions, thyme, parsley, brown sugar, cloves, cinnamon, black pepper, and nutmeg. The intensely flavored chicken is grilled and served with Jay’s Mango-Pineapple Chutney and Sweet Potato Rice (made with long grain rice, onions, celery, diced sweet potatoes, and turmeric.)

*Mango-Pineapple Chutney ingredients: diced mangos, pineapples, apples, onions, raisins, garlic, cider vinegar, brown sugar, curry powder, and lemon juice.
