Spice Island Chicken, Pineapple-Peach Chutney, Plantains, Yellow Rice (for 1)


Jay’s Spice Island Chicken is steeped in a fragrant mash of gluten-free soy sauce, vinegar, canola oil, green onions, thyme, parsley, brown sugar, cloves, cinnamon, black pepper, and nutmeg. The intensely flavored chicken is grilled and served with house-made Pineapple-Peach Chutney, Plantains, and Yellow Rice.

*Pineapple-Peach Chutney ingredients: diced pineapple, peaches, apples, onions, raisins, garlic, cider vinegar, brown sugar, and lemon juice.
