Steak and Black Bean Chili with Cheddar and Avocado (for 2)
Jay’s Steak and Black Bean Chili (inspired by San Francisco’s Fog City Diner’s steak chili) is made with celery, onions, and bell peppers, along with garlic, crushed tomatoes, chili powder (punched up with cumin, cayenne, and oregano) and black beans. (Jay grills the steak, cubes it and layers over the top of the chili.) This big bowl of red comes with fresh avocado and shredded Cheddar. #gluten free
