Steak and Chicken Fajitas, Sour Cream, Shredded Cheese, The Works (for 14+)
Sirloin steak and boneless chicken are steeped in Jay’s signature marinade (lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, canola oil, garlic, paprika, parsley, chili powder, cumin, brown sugar, gluten-free soy sauce) then grilled over an open flame, and served with roasted peppers, onions, and zucchini, with rustic tomato salsa, sour cream, and shredded cheese on the side. 16-18 flour tortillas provided. Cost: $13.75/person (steak option is a little extra).
To reheat the chicken, steak and veggies, place hotel pans in a pre-heated oven at 350° for 20+ minutes
