Jay’s Summer Recharge Bowls are hearty combinations of grains, greens, fruit, and vegetables served with an inspired dressing.  This week’s vegetarian version calls for farro (a chewy pasta with a nutty nuance), chopped greens, sun-dried cherries, cucumbers, carrots, shredded Tillamook cheddar, walnut ‘crumble’ and our housemade Caramel-Peach Vinaigrette (made with Palisade peaches). #Plant-BasedPower
