For Jay’s Tandoori Grilled Chicken, boneless chicken breasts are marinated overnight in yogurt with curry powder, cumin, coriander, paprika, turmeric, ginger, garlic, lime juice, and parsley, then char-grilled. Tandoori chicken is served with Red Lentil Dal (made with slow-cooked lentils, chickpeas, tomato paste, curry powder, garlic, onions, carrots, and sweet and red potatoes). Served with Golden Basmati Rice and market veggies.
