For Jay’s Grilled Tandoori Chicken, boneless chicken (white and dark meat) are marinated overnight in a yogurt mixture seasoned with coriander, cumin, paprika, turmeric, fresh ginger, garlic, lime juice, and parsley, then char-grilled. Tandoori chicken is served with Sweet Potato Dal, a warm side dish made with well-cooked red and brown lentils, curry, garlic, onion, carrots, and sweet and red potatoes. Served with Golden Basmati Rice to soak up the flavors of both tandoori and dal.
