Tandoori Grilled Chicken, Sweet Potato Dal, Yellow Jasmine Rice (for 1)


Grilled Tandoori Chicken (boneless white and dark meat) is marinated overnight in a yogurt mixture seasoned with coriander, cumin, paprika, turmeric, fresh ginger, garlic, lime juice, and cilantro, then char-grilled. The tandoori chicken is served with Sweet Potato Dal, a warm side dish made with well-cooked red lentils, curry, garlic, onion, carrots, and sweet potatoes. Yellow Jasmine Rice nicely soaks up the flavors of both the tandoori and the dal.  #TastesLikeAutumn
