Team Dinner: Linguine with Garden Marinara Sauce (for 10-12)


Jay’s “Team Dinner” meals are perfect for large casual gatherings. For Linguini with Garden Marinara, we saute a plethora of vegetables – plum tomatoes, onions, carrots, celery, peppers, zucchini, spinach, and garlic. The sauce cooks slowly over a low simmer, reducing while the flavors intensify. Once the pasta is sauced, shredded Parmesan goes over the top at the finish.

Pasta and Garden Marinara can be reheated (separately) and combined just before serving.
