Teriyaki Glazed Mahi, Coconut Sticky Rice, Roasted Delicata Squash (for 1)
Jays’ Teriyaki Glazed Mahi features wild mahi-mahi fillets marinated in a teriyaki sauce made with gluten-free soy sauce, mirin (sweetened rice wine), fresh ginger, garlic, and brown sugar. The mahi-mahi are then blast roasted, basted with more teriyaki sauce, and served with sticky coconut rice (made with celery, onion, bell peppers, and jasmine rice) and roasted delicate squash (locally grown). Garnished with green onions.
*Teriyaki sauce is thickened with ‘corn starch slurry’ (a paste made with corn starch and water).
