Texas Old Bay Shrimp Boil with Brown Butter-Garlic Glaze (for 1)


What’s summer without an old-school Texas Shrimp Boil, complete with corn-on-the-cob, copious shrimp, chunky red potatoes, and Old Bay seasonings, all boiled together with a splash of beer. We finish the shrimp boil on a sheet pan, drizzled over with a brown butter-garlic glaze, lemon, and parsley, and roast for about five minutes. Finally, we  dump all the succulent ingredients onto a newspaper-lined picnic table (Or, in our case, a to-go container.) #HotFunintheSummerTime
