Jay’s Lemongrass-Ginger Grilled Shrimp starts with a zesty marinade made minced lemongrass, lime juice, ginger, garlic, canola oil, parsley, chili powder, paprika, brown sugar, sea salt, and Worchestershire sauce. The marinated shrimp are flash-grilled and served over Sweet Potato-Coconut Pilaf made with basmati rice, onion, celery, roasted sweet potatoes, turmeric, and curry powder.
