Jay’s Thai Grilled Beef features flank steak and top sirloin marinated in lime, gluten-free soy sauce, papaya, garlic, ginger, shallots, sesame oil, mirin, and brown sugar, then grilled over an open fire. The steak medallions are served with a tangy Lime Peanut Sauce (made with peanut butter, coconut milk, lime, garlic, ginger, sesame oil, cumin, and gluten-free soy) with Golden Rice Pilaf cooked with celery, onion, garlic, bell peppers, turmeric) on the side along with roasted broccolini (also called baby broccoli.) Broccolini’s small florets and long stalks are entirely edible and have a mild, earthy flavor.
