Shrimp and Vegetable Yakisoba Stir Fry with Japanese Noodles (for 1)


Jay’s Shrimp and Vegetable Yakisoba starts by making yakisoba sauce with gluten-free soy, Worcestershire sauce, oyster sauce, ketchup, ginger, and garlic. We stir-fry a plethora of vegetables – onions, carrots, cabbage, and mushrooms, The sauce is simmered with the shrimp, veggies and noodles and topped with crumbled nori, sesame seeds, and Japanese 7 Spice.  #GlobalFlavorLocalTastes

** If yakisoba noodles can not be sourced, Japanese wheat noodles or rice noodles may be substituted. A corn starch slurry is used to thicken the yakisoba sauce. ‘Lea and Perrins’ Worcestershire sauce contains a trace amount of anchovies.
