Jay’s reinterpretation of lasagna starts by slow-cooking a cornmeal polenta crust, then we make a hearty marinara with onions, carrots, eggplant, celery, garlic, and basil. Next up, the ricotta filling with mozzarella, provolone, and eggs (for binding).
