Jay’s Wild Caught Coho Salmon fillets are prepared skin-on, spritzed with lemon, kosher salt, a drizzle of butter, and paprika, then flash-roasted at 450 degrees. Served with Lime-Garlic Compound butter –made with lime zest, parsley, and minced garlic– and accompanied with Cauliflower-Parmesan Crumble and Olive Oil-Roasted Potatoes.
