Jay’s Wild Caught Coho Salmon fillets are prepared skin-on, spritzed with lemon, kosher salt, a drizzle of butter, and paprika, then flash-roasted at 450 degrees. Served with Parsely-Garlic Compound butter –made with lemon zest, parsley, and minced garlic– and accompanied by Roasted Asparagus Spears and Olive Oil-Roasted Baby potatoes.
