Jay’s Wild Salmon fillets are blast-roasted at 425°, spritzed with lemon, butter, and paprika, and served over Red Quinoa Sofrito (quinoa cooked with onion, peppers, celery, and converted rice) and joined by our Parsley-Garlic compound butter. Garnished with string beans and market vegetables.
