Wild Coho Salmon w/ Lemon-Garlic Butter and Roasted Asparagus Risotto (for 1)


Jay’s healthy Wild Caught Coho salmon fillets are prepared skin-on, spritzed with lemon, kosher salt, a drizzle of butter, and paprika, then flash-roasted at 450 degrees. Served with Jay’s compound butter –made with lemon, parsley, and minced garlic and accompanied with slow-cooked Roasted Asparagus Risotto (also includes arborio rice, onion, celery, garlic, Parmesan and Jack Cheese, purified water, and turmeric.)
