Jay’s wildly popular Wild Salmon is seasoned with paprika, kosher salt, lemon, and black pepper, then blast-roasted at 425 degrees ’till tender.  The 8-ounce salmon fillets are adorned with Jay’s fragrant compound butter whipped up with lime juice, minced shallots, lime zest, and parsley.
